Welcome to HomeDealPrime. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our legal support services, digital materials, and physical products offered on HomeDealPrime. By engaging with any of our offerings, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Definitions

Services refers to legal support in the real property purchase process provided by HomeDealPrime.

Info Products refers to digital materials such as guides, templates, and reports sold by HomeDealPrime.

Goods refers to physical products such as printed forms and legal kits delivered by HomeDealPrime.

2. Scope of Services

HomeDealPrime offers professional guidance throughout the purchase of real property, including document review, consultation, and communication with involved parties.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Legal Support Services

Due to the personalized and immediate nature of our legal support services, no refund is permitted once an engagement has commenced. Clients may request to reschedule a service at least seven days prior to the agreed start date. Rescheduling requests received less than seven days before the service date may incur additional fees.

3.2 Info Products

Purchasers of digital materials may request a refund within fourteen days of purchase, provided that less than twenty percent of the content has been accessed or downloaded. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment instrument within ten business days of approval.

3.3 Goods

Physical goods may be resulted within thirty days of delivery if they remain in unused and undamaged condition. To initiate a result, contact our support team. Result shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Refunds for resulted goods will be issued to the original payment method or, upon request, as account credit within fifteen business days of item receipt.
